MR:comp offers the following numerical simulation (testing) services:

• Worst-case analysis (of multi-component implants and active implant case matrices), which can be supported by numerical simulation

• Numerical simulation service of
  • RF-induced heating: E-fields/B(H)-fields, SAR
  • RF-induced heating: temperature
  • Gradient-induced heating: temperature
  • Gradient-induced vibration: amplitude, frequency
  • MR image artifacts: susceptibility, RF-induced

• RF safety assessment of RF transmit coils (research service, following the current state of the art)

• Different numerical phantoms, numerical MR coils and numerical human models are available in conjunction with experimental MR testing set-ups.
